Holiday and Special Events
Three day minimum for the following holidays:
President's Day Weekend (Fri Feb 12-Sun Feb 15, 2010)
White Party 2010 (Fri April 9 - Monday April 12, 2010)
Memorial Day Weekend (Fri May 28 - Mon May 31, 2010)

Feb-May 2010 Rates Excluding Holidays & Special Events
Room 50: Standard Queen. $119
Room 51: Studio King w/outdoor sitting area & efficiency kitchen amenities. $129
Room 52: King with kitchen, outdoor sitting area. Private Rear Entrance with private enclosed rear patio. Ideally suited and secure grass area for you and your pets. Ultimate Seclusion. $175
Rooms 53 & 54: King Suite with separate bedroom, kitchen and outdoor sitting area. $189
Room 55: Two Queen Beds' Suite with sitting area, kitchen and outdoor sitting area. $165
Room 56: King Suite with sitting area, kitchen and outdoor sitting area. $165
Room 57: Two Room Suite with sitting area, kitchen and outdoor sitting area. $199
Cancellation/Reservation & Resort Policies:
- Rates are based on 2 occupants per room (additional $20/day/person for excess) Room 57 is 3 person maximum occupancy
- 72 hour notice of cancellation for Non-Holiday / Special event weekends or charges as below.
- All Special Rates are Non Cancellable, Charged at booking and are NON Refundable.
- All Holiday / Special Event Weekend reservations require a 21 day minimum notice of cancellation
- Every attempt will be made to secure new reservations however if the room/rooms remain unoccupied your credit card used at the time the reservation was made, will be charged as follows
- Non-Holiday / Special event weekends: charge equal to length of stay or 3 days (which ever is less).
- Holiday / Special event weekend: Charge equals the minimum stay.
- Cash customers will require a valid credit card to be authorized for one night stay.
- All customers to show valid Identification at check in
- Non refundable Pet Fee of $50 per stay. Pets Not Declared at Check In will be charged the pet fee after check out.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Palm Springs City Tax of 11.50% is charged on all stays less than 30 days.
- $150 lost key fee. (Entire resort is re-keyed for safety)
- All Interior Facilities and guest suites are NON SMOKING. A fee of $250 will be charged if this policy has been violated.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry/accomodations to any party.
- Day Passes are not available.
- Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash w/one of 3 accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or Discover. American Express is no longer an accepted form of payment at our hotel.
